sickcouch

AAArrrrgh!  I have a love/hate relationship with being sick.  I love being able to take the time to rest without guilt, yet anything beyond one day and I start getting restless as I have always got a to do list as long as your arm.

And here I am on day four!  While I have managed to take care of few little tasks, I am recognising the time out to reflect that the Universe often provides you when ill health takes hold in anyway.  Illness is a way that the Soul uses to communicate with you, so it is important to listen when illness strikes, especially as it can often mean you haven’t been listening and the Soul needs to up the ante and say enough is enough.

For me personally, I find occurances of the flu, like I am suffering now mainly a process of letting go and this time is no different.  It seems I am letting go of old habits and releasing energies that I have held onto for way to long.  These are associated with my business, which I can’t really publicly divulge just yet until I work my way through the professional logistics of letting go with integrity.  I’m sure I will let you know when the time is right though.

Using this downtime has me redefining how I do things in my business and committing more to what works and flows and totally giving up what doesn’t.  Making the committment to myself to not engage in anything going forward that does not have the creative spark of energy with it and the minute it feels to hard or like I’m having to place to much effort on making it happen to stop and let it go.

When you let go, you entirely make room to allow in what does flow and one surprise that came to the surface yesterday was where to take my blog to from here.  All year I have intuitively felt my blogging was important and I can see my business aligning itself in this direction more and more, even though I struggle for regular content and half the time don’t even know if people read my blogs.

Yesterday I was gifted with the inSpiration to take my blog to a “Day in the life of this everyday Medium” type scenario and sharing how I life everyday with Spirit, not just in my work as a Soul Coach and Medium but how I apply Spirit to my everyday life, as mum, wife, friend, country music fan that currently lives in the burbs of Sydney, Australia.

Giving you more of myself in the hope it shines a light on how to live an everyday life with Love & inSpiration.  That it will, by example show you how you can achieve your hopes and dreams as I have and do mine, by each little step along the way.  With the key being having each of those steps guided by the Divine with awareness and filled with love.  It’ll be the good, the bad and the ugly.  The truth for I know you can’t really benefit if I don’t share the struggles as much as the triumphants.

So if you up for that, shout it out with a comment below.  I’d love you to join me along the way.  Share yourself with me too by commenting, letting me know the little inSights you gain from what I write and genuinely being their together as we both walk with life knowing everyday is a Soul Conversation.
